We specialise in custom-made pet keepsakes, accessories, and pet supplies.

Product images are for reference only. Actual items may differ slightly, especially for handmade or customised products.

Customisation details (such as photos, names, or other specifications) are provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for errors if incorrect details are submitted.

3. Payment  

Payments are processed securely via our payment providers (e.g., Airwallex, PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments).  Orders are confirmed only once payment is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from China.

Delivery times are 7-15 working days up to 18 working days and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds

Custom-made items (including personalised pet figurines, keepsakes, or any customised products) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

For non-custom items (such as standard pet supplies), we accept returns within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

6. Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

For standard products, cancellations may be requested before dispatch.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including images, text, logos, and product designs) is the property of Soul Stone Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
